IGNITE stands for Innovating, Growing, Nurturing, Inspiring & Training Entrepreneurs and this is exactly what IGNITE Consulting does. The partners and lead consultants with IGNITE are Matt Hutcheon and Lindsey Fair. Both are career entrepreneurs who continue to run several businesses in a variety of sectors and of varying degrees of scope. When needed, they rely on a pool of industry experts and a well-cultivated international network of professional associates and contacts to compliment their consulting team.

IGNITE has presented keynote addresses and workshops, and consulted with organizations all over the world, including government, non-profit and the for-profit sectors. Topics range from marketing to finance to human resource management, and their assistance builds from tackling challenges as simple as developing systems in an organization to improve performance or to create a viral marketing campaign that truly works, through to tackling the highest level strategic and marketplace challenges faced by SME’s and the organizations who support them. Most notably, Matt and Lindsey believe in hands-on Trucker Management: Driving Your Small Business to Successteaching, whether it’s with a one-on-one consulting client or in a room of 400 as the keynote speakers. They are dynamic team in any setting.

In 2007, Matt and Lindsey published a small business book entitled Trucker Management: Driving Your Small Business to Success. The book has helped 100’s of small business owners in numerous industries develop skills and implement tools to manage their businesses better.
